Matt Chan’s Delectable Chinese Cooking – One Fish, Two Dishes, Take Two!

Matt Chan’s workshop was a fun family affair for Mika and Jane Ito Tiffany. The mother and daughter team had a great time cooking together.

Due to popular demand, Matt Chan held a second cooking workshop featuring his delightful salmon dishes! (This time, we took a photo of the Dynamite Salmon before it was devoured. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!)
