Matt Chan’s Delectable Chinese Cooking – One Fish, Two Dishes

Once again, Instructor Matt Chan has delighted his students with not one, but two yummy dishes! Eager students learned how to create his Salmon with Ginger and Green Onions and his Baked Salmon in Dynamite Sauce. (Sorry, folks, that dish was so good, that everyone ate theirs before we could snap a photo!)
